In the men singles final of the Yonex Sunrise Hong Kong Super Series 2009, Lee Chong Wei, No. 1 ranking singles player in the world, beat Peter Gade, No. 3 ranking player in the world.

Yonex French Open 2009
YONEX-Sunrise Hong Kong Super Series 2009 has held from November 10th to 15th at Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong.

On the last day In the men’s singles, Yonex`s contract players, the world No.1, Lee Chong Wei (AT900-P) and the No. 3, Peter Gade (ARC10) has met in the final.

After the exciting game, Chong Wei won the first title after his 2-months break for injury. The score was 21-13, 13-21 and 21-16, and Peter Gade became the runner-up.

Chong Wei will compete in the China Open and Masters Finals in the rest of the year and looking for another big title.

In mixed doubles, Nadiezda Kostiuczyk won their first ever Super Series title.
